The Tack Room will be open during Parent/Teacher conferences Tonight!! We have winter gear, boots, shoes, beautiful formal gowns for Homecoming, clothes, and so much more! Come help us move some clothing to make room for more, fill a bag (or two). We have all sizes from Kindergarten to Adult XL. Take all you want, no limits!

There is only 1 Week until Native Culture Night! We hope you can all join us on Wednesday, January 24th at Brimley School from 5:30-7:30! Please enter through the High School Office Entrance (Door 11). Some of our guest teachers, presenters, knowledge keepers, and experts include: Jesse Bowen, Karol Healy, and Cathy DeVoy sharing Nanabosho and other Traditional Stories. Maria & Julie Perry teaching leather and beaded medicine pouches (available to the first 30 participants). Mission Hill Singers and Bay Mills Boys & Girls Club Youth Drum with Mike Willis, MZ Thomas, John W. Hutchinson, and Mason Cameron leading. All dancers and singers are welcome! Kayla & Robear Assinewe hosting lacrosse with traditional sticks and goal posts. Jalyn LeBlanc and Darryl Cameron hosting Ojibwe language and movement games. We will also have numerous educational and community organizations with informational booths sharing how they support our Native American Communities. Be sure to join us for the Free Wild Rice Dinner and put your name in to get some giveaway swag that has been donated from community stores and crafters with the following items up for giveaway: hoodies, hats, water bottles, tumblers, rounds of golf, sweet treats and more!
